21st Century Table Etiquette is a system that gives individual smartphone users a hindrance for using their phones. In this system, people must put their phones on the smartphone placer. The people would then interact normally and could pick up their smartphones. If they do or even make a slight gesture, the sensor on the placer will trigger the cube to rotate erratically towards that area. The system would also gather the accumulated time the phone was off the placer. After the interaction between the people and their smartphones, the person with the least amount of time on his/her placer would gain the other party’s data.
